Are you experiencing distress about the changes in your life or the life of a loved one? Do you feel that you are not living your life to its full potential? Are you dissatisfied with the quality of your life or the direction of your life? Do you feel the stress of being “sandwiched” between the needs of your aging parents and your children? Do you or a loved one need more care or require a move to an assisted living and are emotionally unprepared?

If you are here looking for help, you have taken the first step in making changes and taking a new direction in your life. The therapy process is a collaborative approach that works to help you become more self-aware, to learn effective coping strategies, and to change behaviors.

I work with individuals, families, and groups of all ages who are struggling with changes in life circumstances. I specialize in elder mental and behavioral health needs, dementia, and behavioral changes. Due to the ever-changing needs and fragility of the elder population’s needs, I believe in maintaining a strong connection to the other health care team members and family members for continuity of care.

My experience includes work in, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other relational issues with all age groups. I believe that I can help you or your loved one begin to take the steps needed to move forward in an environment that provides a safe place for self-discovery and exploration to aid in finding solutions for a more satisfying life.
